The company specializes in two core product lines: injection molds and fiberglass (SMC/BMC) compression molds. Our injection mold portfolio covers thin-wall container molds, turnover crate molds, cap molds, home appliance housing molds, and precision plastic component molds, compatible with engineering plastics including PP, PE, ABS, PC, and PA. The SMC/BMC compression mold line focuses on thermosetting composite molding, producing meter box molds, ballistic helmet molds, insulating component molds, automotive part molds, and large structural part molds that deliver high temperature resistance, high strength, and lightweight performance. In addition, we provide supporting equipment and solutions such as mold cleaning equipment, hydraulic core-pull systems, and hot runner systems, offering one-stop support from mold design through to mass production.

In the power industry, our meter box and insulating component molds serve grid distribution systems. Production Equipment
The company operates 23 CNC machining units, including 13 CNC milling machines (with 1 Haitian 5-axis machining center) and 10 CNC precision engravers. Our machining capabilities span from medium-to-large molds up to 4000×1500×2500mm and 20 tons, down to high-precision work at 1200×700×1000mm. This comprehensive equipment setup enables us to efficiently undertake mold manufacturing projects of all scales.
