Custom Storage Box Injection Mold
Our Storage Box Mold series covers injection tooling for household organizers, warehouse totes, stackable containers, collapsible crates and industrial parts boxes. Each project is developed around the customer's approved sample, 2D drawing or 3D model. Product capacity, wall layout, reinforcing ribs, lid, latch, handle, stacking and folding features are reviewed before the mold structure is finalized.
PP, HDPE and other approved thermoplastics can be supported. Material selection, shrinkage and product geometry are considered during engineering. Cavity quantity, mold dimensions and mold weight are customized rather than fixed. P20, 718H, H13 and other suitable mold steels are available; the final steel and heat-treatment solution depends on product structure, production volume, surface requirements, operating conditions and target service life.
A hot-runner or cold-runner system can be selected according to part size, material, quality requirements and project budget. Ejection is customized to the product structure. Water cooling is used, with circuit layout evaluated to improve cooling balance and control deformation on large panels and reinforced areas.
Suitable injection-molding machine parameters are recommended after engineering review of projected area, shot weight, mold size, platen dimensions, tie-bar spacing, opening stroke and ejection requirements. Under normal operation and maintenance, the target service life can exceed 500,000 molding cycles. Actual life depends on steel, heat treatment, resin, molding settings, operation and maintenance. Typical lead time is 40–60 days, subject to design approval, component procurement, machining complexity and mold-trial arrangements. Final specifications are governed by the approved project documents.
